If so, I believe they are no longer available in most countries and Adderall is probably going to be the closest legal thing you'll find to them in this day and age with a prescription.

However, if you truly do have high cholesterol, I've heard that hemp seeds can work miracles on lowering cholesterol levels if used regularly... Although so can exercise and eating right in general; same goes for pre-diabetics (type 1 or 2). So it sounds to me like simple lifestyle changes would make for a better treatment option than a banned drug that can cause heart problems, but that is up to you to decide.
