Yesterday (Saturday) I took 7 32mg of concerta between 5 pm and 1 am. I have substance abuse classes every Thursday for probation. I'm not sure if they're going to drug test me Thursday but if they do will I piss positive for anything? It's only a 5 panel and my metabolism is higher than most. (Usually get other substances out of my system in no longer than a couple of days.) any suggestions would help! ## Yeah heres a suggestion, stop doing drugs if you have to go to class for them. ## Best advice I can give you is to stop doing drugs.

I have found some light blue and clear capsules in my daughter's pocketbook. On the blue side it says: M. Amphet Salts and on the clear side it states 10 mg. why is the oval peach B973 amphetamine mixed salts 20mg not as effective as the round orange E401 amphetamine mixed 20mg? i have to take 3 of the B973 to even feel a slight of a boost and it doesnt last but an hour or two. but with the E401 i take 1 or 2 and feel the boost faster and it lasts for at least four hours. is it just the pharmacey you choose has the differant type? or is it in the perscription your doctor writes? ## It could be just a slight difference in the generics. I been on methylphenidate now for 7 years my psychiatrist has been prescribing it to me now for 7 years and for me taking concerta is like putting on a pair of shiny clean glasses and I can see more clearly. I was on 36mg concerta and thought I might ask my dr to drop the dose to see if I could get more out of it and I did I have now been on 27mg concerta and I have noticed a massive improvement I'm not so jittery, impulsive, don't talk as much as I used to, my behaviour is more mature and I feel so proud of myself. Seriously I've only been on adderall for a couple months and we've raised it a couple times but honestly I take 60mg Xr twice a day and it just doesn't work. I have a history of opiate and downer addiction but I never recreationally used stimulants. I felt soooo much better when I first started taking it but it's like it has worn off already. I've inly been on 120 daily for not even 2 weeks. This is crazy. I don't know what to do next. It's changed my life but if the effects have worn off what do I do?? I just started taking 50 mg Vyvanse and you guys are scaring the crap out of me! Seriously! Only physical "symptom" I've noticed is lack of appetite, but that's a good thing as I am diabetic and obese. Not sure how I feel mentally--a bit more focused and calm perhaps. Just don't know what I'm supposed to feel. I'm 65 with diabetes, high blood pressure (controlled), sleep apnea, and depression. Are the issues you're talking about what I have to look forward to? And why don't some of you call your doctors with your questions? Am I just too "old" to "get it"? Any encouraging words out there, instead of discouraging? Please help me to understand this. My 11 month old grandson was tested by dhs at omega labs. His results were: THC. 39, METHAMPHETAMINE 53455, AMPHETAMINE 1772. The worker says he had to ingest these drugs numerous times to get those results. I want another test with witnesses that don't work for dhs but I also want to understand the results.

I've been on adderal 10 mg for about 2 years now. I usually take 1 daily and about 6 months ago I started occasionally taking 2 daily. It's never given many any side effects. But the last 3 days, when I take it I notice a heart flutter I can feel almost in my throat and a faint feeling about 2 hours after. This feeling has followed caffeine intake but I always drink caffeine when I take my adderal. Is this something I need to worry about? It's been scaring me. what is its effect on people with out adhd? small pale blue tablet... ## Hello, Bowe! How are you? This is manufactured by Apotex and they list it as containing 10mgs of Methylphenidate. It is actually a stimulant, so as listed by the FDA, it could cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, nervousness, insomnia, anxiety and irritability, even if you don't have ADHD or narcolepsy. Is there anything else I can help with?

My son who is 14 is adhd.. he has taken vyvannse but I can't afford it.. was wondering about trying focalin..no medical insurance . Any suggestions.. ## You may want to ask his doctor about having him try Adderall, since it's available as a generic. It is also a stimulant that's used to treat the same conditions. The FDA warns that it carries the risk of being habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, insomnia and weight loss. Does anyone else have any suggestions?

My cousin found a purple and white capsule with no markings on it. She was told it was off-brand 50mg Adderall. Anyone know if this could be right? ## If there are no markings on it, then it can be definitively said that it is not a legal U.S. manufactured prescription product. They are all required to have imprints to enable their identification, regardless of being name brand, or generic. With no markings, the highest likelihood is that it is an over the counter product, but there is also a small chance that it could be a foreign medication. I was diagnosed with ADHD at a young age, but never really took any sort of medication. As the years past, and I progressed into adulthood signs of my ADHD presented themselves more clearly which effected my personal relationships and overall work output/performance. I decided that the adult thing to do would be to research and talk w/ my doctor about possible steps. My doctor suggested, along with a confirmation by a psychologist, that I start taking Adderall XR. So I was given 20 mg of the generic form (Amphetamine Salts ER). My first day was last Wednesday, and it worked wonderfully. I was motivated, alert, focused, which led to a better overall mood. It was everything I had hoped for. I am 19 years old and I have been on Vyvanse for 3 years now. I started out with 50mg and it was amazing. I could stay focused throughout the entire school day, and at the same time I felt great. But after several months or so I noticed I wasn't getting the same results taking the 50mg, so I went up to 60mg. As the months passed by I began to realize I was becoming extremely addicted. I have long been diagonosed with ADHD by a phschiatrist years ago and also by my Mother who never knew the term....but tells me ive forever had this....ive done lots of study on this ADHD and seems i know more then some who are suppose to treat this... In any case i feel strongly that a good start for me is Adderall 30. Herein lies the problem, i cant find a Doctor who will give me this medication. I was taking 10 mg adderall last week. Some days I would take one and take another hours later or later in the day. I didn't take any for two days and then took more again starting Friday through Monday and did the same (took one and then later on would take another). So I have a urine drug test early Friday morning. Would it still be in my system?

One of the big advantages of hair drug testing is that it is good at differentiating substances. You could talk to an MRO (Medical Review Officer) to see what might be interfering with the test. a round off-yellow pill, with Wilson's across the front, scored on the back. ## what is in them? i was told they are generic adderall but am afraid to take them. ## Sorry, these appear to be from a manufacturer in Pakistan, but I cannot find confirmation on what they are. ## They are generic and contain 600mg. of codiene. They are equivalent to Percocet or might be a little stronger. If you google - Pill, Wilson's round light yellow, you can get a full description. ## Any pictures of this pill??
