This is manufactured by Apotex and they list it as containing 10mgs of Methylphenidate. It is actually a stimulant, so as listed by the FDA, it could cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, nervousness, insomnia, anxiety and irritability, even if you don't have ADHD or narcolepsy.
