Adderall And Weed

I smoked maybe 2-3 times out of a little pipe the bowl of it was like a one hitter (on Saturday)& took 2 hits two days ago and took 1 ,15mg adderall on Thursday and Friday I have a drug test next week my guess is Monday or Tuesday what can I do to pass a school drug test?
