unfamiliar.. looks like an aspirin but has a capital letter "N" over top of the number 25. No additional markings on the flip side.. just a criss cross imprint. ## It sounds like one of the pain meds that I currently take. Its a form of oxicodone. You may want to check in a current PDR. If you don't have one try and go on line and see if you can find an online version. The PDR stands for Physicians Desk Reference. It has pictures and information about that drug. I have found a small round pill it has L010 on one side and blank on the other. Whatever it is I'm guessing its extended release, because of how thick the coating is on it. It ethier looks like it could b an N_ or an M_ on it. It's bigger than an asprin but it's flat on each side. The other side has jus a line thru it ## @Jelna, I'm having a rather hard time deciphering your description of the pill in the title of this thread. Specifically this part: "and the other looks like an with added to of b" Did you mean to say that it has the letters "AN" followed by a "B"? OR perhaps the letters "NB"? I'm curious because there are several pills with similar types of markings and I'd like to narrow down the search if at all possible. found a white round tablet with an x imprinted on both sides. about the size of an altoid. ## It sounds like the X is probably just score lines on the tablet and without any other real markings, there is no way to positively identify it. I am sorry, I wish I could be or more help. Did you find it in the U.S. or elsewhere? ## Sounds like the ones I found in my house (cleaning lady, kids?). One half an inch in diameter. Two wide (about 1/32 of an inch) lines cross, to form a long off-centered and slightly askew X on both sides. These are not scores, but a design that looks like two skis (angle is about 20 degrees). The pill's faces are slightly rounded outwards, not flat, like two dishes face-to-face.

What is this pill? For the life of me I can't seem to find out what it is anywhere! It's about the size of an extra strength Tylenol (give or take), white and round with a capital M over M on one side and a what looks like a v shape on the other.
