White oblong pill. Has a score on 1 side and nothing on the other ## If there are no markings, it is going to be difficult to determine that this may contain. We can rule it out as being a U.S. prescription tablet, because they are all required to have markings to enable their identification. However, it could be any one of a very large number of over the counter products and there is also a small chance that it could be a foreign medication. Was it found in the U.S. or elsewhere?

round white pill 1cm M' on one side--- 274 on the other ## Given the description provided, I located the pill to be Tamoxifen (20 mg). Because of this competitive antagonism, tamoxifen acts like a key broken off in the lock that prevents any other key from being inserted, preventing estrogen from binding to its receptor.
