Was looking through my meds for Tylenol for arthritis & back pain (deteriorating spinal column) and found a vial of white oblong pills with L583 on one side. Are these Tylenol? ## I found pills meeting that description in my container of Kirkland Acetaminophen 650 mg. As far as the pill identity is concerned, it could be Acetaminophen as post #1 suggested, but I just came across a Kirkland Acetaminophen 650mg pill with a National Drug Code of 63981-544 that bears an imprint: L544 as opposed to L583. are these fake adderall tablets. Is there anyway I can find out for sure if they are fake or real. ## Hi Jonnie, Details on this specific tablet are represented as an orange round pill and not white; although they do share the same imprint of "AD" and "30" as you described. For verification, the national drug code (NDC) for the orange pill is: 54092-0377 Based on my own research, I would consider the white pill to be a fake. Did you order them from overseas perhaps?
