Was looking through my meds for Tylenol for arthritis & back pain (deteriorating spinal column) and found a vial of white oblong pills with L583 on one side. If this is the correct pill you'd probably also be able to see half of a "0" to the right of the "U". This one in particular is a generic Norco 10/325 tablet. You get sudafed for sinus problems and colds like, sinus pressure, sinus headaches and sinus infections. Ive also taken it for my bronchitis.
