I looked at the pill upside down also and am not certain if this is a Tylenol or something else? Any ideas? ## @Jack, You had mentioned looking at the pill upside down also... Upon doing so, did you get the notion at the the "7" was an upside down "L"? Or that the "4"s appeared more accurately? I'm only curious because there's a white oblong pill imprinted with "L484" that is reportedly identified as Acetaminophen (500 mg) and it's pretty much the exact opposite of your depiction when held right-side-up. This is a 500mg Tylenol pill. People are scratching the rest of an M to make it appear as Hyrocodone. Looks Like M 484. Just Be Aware ## @PDR 500, Thanks for the heads up. However, any legitimate patient shouldn't have to worry about this at all. Anyone can avoid such discrepancies by simply obtaining their Rx medication from a licensed pharmacy and not trying to "beat around the bush", if you will. Counterfeits are becoming much more prevalent throughout the world, as money hungry crooks try to cash in on needy pain patients. The best way to protect yourself is to remain legitimate and follow the rules, despite how restrictive they may be.

I take pills from my mom and write down the names of them, how they look the color how many milligrams, and what is stamped on them so I know which one it is. This one I couldn't find the name so I searched it up and found it. rugby 4840 small round white pill. What is it? ## rugby 4604 oblong white pill what is it??? thanks ## Rugby imprints were discontinued years ago, when the company was purchased by another, I think it may have been Watson, but don't quote me on that. LOL Anyway, from what I've been able to find, the one with the 4840 marking is said to have contained Cyclobenzaprine, which is a muscle relaxant, though I cannot confirm that and haven't been able to find a dosage. large round white pill ## So far, we have been unable to identify this one. These are over the counter products and therefore the markings are not required to be logged with the FDA. Does anyone recognize this tablet? There is an L 484 that contains 500mgs of Acetaminophen, but it is an oblong tablet, not round.

I found a bottle of oblong white pills with L 484 printed on the pills. They are in a clear bottle for traveling. I forgot to label the bottle. Could you tell me if it is acetaminophen?
