I found a small pink/peach colored pill with the Letter L engraved in it. The L is not black but is the same color as the rest of the pill. ## If the L was in black print it would've been an 81 mg aspirin. However, the next closest match I could find is represented in "this image". I'm wondering if the "L" could've been a simple misinterpretation of what looks like an anchor, since the line extends outward on both sides of the logo "_|_". I was told to swallow them, not put them under my tongue. Is that true? It's a tiny little orange pill. Has anybody heard of this? ## Are there any markings on them? small orange pill might be peach but looks orange. no numbers just a line on one side round tiny lke a mucle relaxer but might just be an advil or tylenol idk. ## If there are no markings, it is going to be difficult to say with any certainty, there are several possibilities, but many orange over the counter pills are generics, or store brands of Advil, but it could also be a supplement of some type, or something entirely different. Advil Details The best suggestion I can make is to just properly dispose of it, since you don't know what it was with any certainty. Does anyone else have any ideas?
