I found half of a white round tablet it ends with N on one side and looks like it ends with 5 (possibly) and 8 definitely on the other. Found on the floor in my home just trying to id if possible thanks! ## The closest match to that (but could be something else) is a pill that says DAN on one side and 5658 on the other side, if that sounds like it might be right? That's Cyclobenzaprine HCL 10mg. It's a non narcotic muscle relaxer typically prescribed for muscle spasms, migraines, sciatica etc. the other closest match is OTC Claritin.

Found mixed with rx bottle of Toprol XL 100mg EQ tabs. Bottle was labeled and contains Ethex brand eq tablets. The patient also has had Toprol XL 50mg and 100mg brand name tablets within the last year or so from more than one pharmacy. The m is very similar to the m on the toprol tablet with the AMO marking.
