Plus Q Tablet Dosage

I was prescribed prenatal plus tablet by my doc. I am ttc after the loss of my baby in feb. I've read the previous posts where it is explained what vitiams it contains. I've looked it up and that is when you are taking 4 pills. My doc prescribed it for a quantity of 100 but the pharmasist said they can only do 30 a month. So is this prenatal suppose to be taken as 1 or 4 pills a day? I am retired early due to back problems. I have been on hydrocodone 10/325 for years-up to 6/day. I was given Opana 10mg 3/day by my pain doctor. I willingly decreased that to 2/day and it worked. My doc 1 month later switched to 7.5/2 day and I had to take more hydro in addition to 2 Aleve/day. I told her my problem and yet she then switched me to 5mg Opana 2/day and I still have the hydro 10/325 of which I take 6/day in addition to 3 Aleve PLUS 4-6 200mg Tylenol. I saw her last week and stated I am worried about my liver...she recommended some PRP which is NOT covered by ins. and didn't work other times I had it done. I have been suffering from antral erosions and small haital hernia. And i have been using rabonik plus for four weeks and pantocid L for next 3 weeks(till today 24th may). My friend is 160lb and she took 4000mg of ibprofen. Should she go to a hospital? ## 4000mg, as in 20 of the standard OTC pills?! Overdose is possible, although unlikely at doses under 100 mg per kg of body weight - keep an eye out for some of the symptoms of Ibuprofen overdose such as abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting, drowsiness, dizziness, headache, ringing in the ears, and twitchy eye movement. If you suspect that she has overdosed call your the emergency number (such as 911) or 1-800-222-1222 for a local poison control center. Do not wait to take action if she seems to be in danger! After 14 good years on 5mg of Lexapro my panic attacks and extreme worry returned a few weeks ago. Went to see my Pdoc and said to up the Lexapro to 10mg. This is day 17 on the increased dosage and feel little to no improvement. My anxiety has been super high the last 2 weeks and I'm taking up to 2.0mg ox Xanax per day to combat this. Saw my doc again yesterday and said I should have been feeling better by now being that I had lex in my system for 14 years.
