Found mixed with rx bottle of Toprol XL 100mg EQ tabs. Bottle was labeled and contains Ethex brand eq tablets. The patient also has had Toprol XL 50mg and 100mg brand name tablets within the last year or so from more than one pharmacy. The m is very similar to the m on the toprol tablet with the AMO marking. So I found this pill, It's not seroquel as it doesn't match any of the pictures. It's small round and white, marked 50 on one side, it's blank on the other. This is supposed to be clonazepam. It tastes more like xanax, but dissolves very quickly. Same basic effect as weak/cheap clonazepam.
