Hi, Actually I have cyst(3.5cm) in right ovary, doctor told me to use Novelon tablets for 21days and i used 21 days and it got over on 4days(2nd April) back still i have not got my periods please tell is there any chances of pregnancy after taking this novelon am trying for conceive from past two years, but my result is always negative and my periods are very regular. Please suggest for further treatment. ## I have pcod , irregular periods but per month occurr,less amount bleeding, clotting also present,my doctor advice me to take tab. Novelon,metformin 500. Can I take Novelon for PCOS .

can Pyridoxine treat or breaks an ovarian cyst ## This is just a form of Vitamin B6, so no, it's not going to really do anything for an ovarian cyst. They are usually caused by a hormonal imbalance, which is why they may disappear when a woman takes hormonal contraceptives, or becomes pregnant. Have you had an ultrasound to confirm that you have a cyst?

I missed my periods for two months. After ultrasound a cyst measuring 17mm was seen in the uterus. My gynae started me on ovral g for 20 days, once a day. Hi, i had been diagnosed with endometrial TB and started a dose of AKT 4 for 2 months and AKT 3 for 6 months. I had also been prescribed progynova 2 mg twice a day from Day 1 to Day 26 and Duphaston from Day 16 to Day 25. I have been having these medications along with the TB medication. Last month i developed an ovarian cyst which was fairly large and ruptured yesterday causing tremendous pain. I stopped taking progynova and duphaston when the cyst was detected, My question is whether progynova and duphaston should be taken while on TB medication, or is it contra indicated.
