Sir, i am having burning irritaion in my feet, uninary and my palm, what medicine shall i take, i have advised to take NEUROKIND, is it safe and does it has any side effects ## Sir, Even my father has burning irritation in his hands fingers tips. From Fingers generally it end up with a pain at down side of shoulders which at times shift to chest. Dr. suggested Neurokind Plus tablet once a day. Is there are any side effects of this tablet ? For how long we should continue with this tablet ? Since how much time you are taking this tablet ? ## I am having burning in my soles of feet. In urine there is no flow. I have been a patient of hypertension for last 16 yrs. It remained within normal range with regular medication. During May-June'11 the BP was higher despite medication. On July 1, I felt trouble in speech. My doctors suspected a mild stroke but there was no sign in the vocal cord. The tightness of speech was also noticed one day only. However, a CT scan of brain revealed chronic Ischemic lesions. My blood lipid profile is normal. i had a root canal treatment for which doctor asked me to take zenflox oz ,ebility and nurokind more but zenfloxoz is used for infection like loose motion and nurokind more vitamin tablet.i want to know why he has advised me to take these madicine for root canal treatment.

Well since last month am feeling slow pain in my lower abdomen... I consult with a physician and he suggested for Ultrasound as per report there was 3.4mm renal stone. I searched on google about kidney stone symptoms but almost none of them having continues slow pain lower right abdomen... Dr. suggested me to take.. i want to know whether there is any side effects of taking nurokind500 injections or instead i can take vitaminb12 tablets for deficiency of vitamin b12 ## What has your doctor advised? It is just a nutritional supplement and as such, the side effect profiles for it have not been studied as is done for actual prescription medications, but some people do experience nausea, both after the injections and from taking the tablets. Otherwise, you may also experience some redness and soreness at the injection site. If your level is severely low, your doctor may prefer you to use the injection to bring it up faster, as the tablets can take more time to do this.
