Which is stronger hydroxyzine 50mg, 25mg or 10mg ## Hello, Josephine! How are you? I know prescription medications can be confusing, but the higher the number the higher the dose. Thankfully, they have not defied basic math. :-) Thus, the 50mg is the strongest one. This is an antihistamine that is used to treat allergic reaction, nausea and for its sedative like effects. Side effects may include dizziness, drowsiness and dry mouth. Is there anything else I can help with?

I have a fever and I took halv of a hyd 40 about an hour ago can I take Tylenol with it? ## Hello, Lynn! How are you? You should not be cutting Hyslinga, it is a time released medication and doing so may result in your getting too much of the medication, at once. However, generally you can take Tylenol with it, as long as your doctor approves. But you may experience more side effects than usual, as reported by the FDA, so you may feel more nausea, dizziness and drowsiness than at other times. Is there anything else I can help with?

What would be recommended? Thanks! ## There are stronger doses of both available, though one would not contain the additional Acetaminophen, just the Oxycodone. Your doctor should be able to help you figure out what might work best and safest for you. The FDA does warn that these medications carry the risk of being habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, dry mouth, and constipation. Has your doctor made any suggestions?
