Took initial 6 pill dose last night as I ate dinner. (I thought that pack dosage was set up the same was as the other and I would take the other 5 tonight, 4 tomorrow etc etc) I then noticed tonight that I was supposed to be taking these throughout the day; after I just took 3. I live in Taiwan and recently just finished a course of clomiphene citrate. But the instructions were in chinese so i think I may have taken it incorrectly. I took 1 tablet 3 times a day separately for 5 days. There is one that is an orally disintegrating tablet and there is another that is intended to be swallowed just like a normal tablet. What instructions did your doctor or pharmacy give you? The orally disintegrating tablet should have something that follows the medication name, such as ODT.

I bought a bottle of serrapeptase, I read on different sites I could take 1 capsule 3 times a day a half hour before eating. The bottle I bought says take 1 capsule a day. I am 61 Years old, i got operated lymphnode. After biopsy it says Tuburcolus Lyphedentis. Doctor Subscribed me AKT4 one sascet daily for six months. Do i need to do any test before starting the medicine. Should this be taken with food or just water? ## This is a generic for Bactrim and, according to the monograph, there isn't a preference. However, it is well known that this antibiotic can be very rough on your stomach, so if it were me, I'd take it with a meal, or small snack to avoid the nausea and pain it can cause. if the bottle says take 6 tablets a day for two days, then 5 tablets a day for two days, then 4 tablets a day for two days, then 3 tablets a day for 2 days, then 2 tablets a day for 2 days, then 1 tablet a day for two days, then 1/2 a tablet a day for two days. ## You should follow the instructions exactly as on the label, tapering is essential to prevent complications from withdrawing too fast, since this is a steroid class medication. You can take them all at once, or split them up throughout the day, taking them all at once may cause more side effects, such as nausea, drowsiness, dizziness and headache. My Prednisone Rx is not specific about the dosing instructions. It merely states take 3 tablets every day for allergic reaction (6 day supply).
