I have a freind that has taken 12 xanex bars he has taken 8 in the past. He is very troubled and I want to know how much can a body take when they are use to taking so many at a time. ## here is the deal. benzos react wtih your GABA receptors. and taking that many bars is NOT good for your brain chemistry because it alters it. Meaning your GABA receptors wont fire liek you use to due to the receptor expecting some sort of drug. So if no drugs come than the GABA receptors cant produce naturally the right dose. I'm taking 200mcg daily and once in a while have trouble remembering to take it. My question is, how many days would you have to miss for it to be "reset" and have to wait that 6ish weeks for it to start taking effect again? Any info would be great! ## You are smart to be in doubt. If there are no markings, then it is not a legal U.S. Ativan tablet. All manufacutred U.S. prescription tablets must have a marking to enable their identification. The only tablets you'd find here legally that have no markings would be over the counter products. I have been on large doses of opioid pain medicine for 8 years. My conditions require it for me to walk and do anything out of bed. Now they are stopping it. I'm not ready to lay down the last couple years of my life, I want to spend it standing. Opioids have been used over 4000 years and a very smart Indian rheumatologist told me they have killed less people than most of the man made pharmaceuticals. I have taken Chantix for 3 months and I haven't had a cigarette for 94 days but I'm having horrible side effects. Aggression, trouble breathing, nervous and irritable. I took my last Chantix about 3 months ago, will this go away? Should I seek medical help? ## If it has been 3 months since you last took the medication, then chances are very low that this is being cause by it, it is long out of your body by now. I would suggest seeking medical help, at least a phone call to your doctor. It could still be issues from quitting smoking, but smart to consult them just to be on the safe side.

When I grew up in the 50's there were some kids that were slow, smart and in the middle. My 18 year old boy has trouble concentrating, and might not get the best grades in the world, but he is active and happy, and takes out all his hyperactivity in sports. Heis very smart and my friends think I am crazy not to put him on Focalin or other ADHD drugs. Well, then he would have to be on drugs the rest of his life because he will never learn how to deal with the way his mind works. I know when he finds something that really interests him, he will use his inner strength to make it work. I would be afraid that giving him a pill to help him focus would be telling him that he wasn't good enough naturally. My AC1 level went from 5.8 to 6.0 to 6.4 every six months and my Doctor stated i was pre diabetic. I researched my medication and found that HCTZ causes AC! levels to rise. I told my doctor and she disagreed. I asked that I be taken off HCTZ for 3 months and see what my AC1 level was. She agreed and yesterday my test results was ONE full point lower 5.4 versus 6.4. I am awaitng a response from my Doctor. Hi all, I just had a few questions about my birth control. I started taking Lo Loestrin Fe a month ago, and my gyno directed me to start with the white pill on the first day of my period and go through the two white, two brown, and through the blue. I finished my last blue pill yesterday, and no sign of period yet.
