Pretty sure this is an OTC aids in sleep. Can't think of the name of the drug right off hand, but it's taken 20 minutes before going to bed for the night. I believe you only need one pill and it simply adds to what your brain already makes. I found a round, green pill with the letter F on one side of the pill and no imprint on the other side of the pill.
