What are the benefits from taking this? ## Nuroday is just a nutritional supplement that contains a form of vitamin B12, which is Methylcobalamin, but it is believed to help with some nerve problems. I have been using Zanor SR 0.5mg for Anxiety and now my psychiatrist has given me Epleptin 100mg to take and so I am taking both Zanor and Epleptin in the morning and Epleptin again at night.
