when to take the tablet,before or after food ## Sun Pharma manufactures Benfomet capsules in India. It says benfotiamine mecobalamin and pyridoxine hydrochloride capsules. Is this a vitamin capsule? ## Benfometplus is a better option than Benfomet. Benfometplus need to be taken 30minutes or 60minutes before food. It can handle bloodsugar spikes. mmeans before food goes in and kicks up sugarlevels,this befotiamine should be present in the system to handle the problem. benfoment is a superior medicine to neoropathy and cell damage prevention in cells of nerves,kidneys,retina.

Please inform me if it is safe to take Benfomet Plus during menstruation? ## Hello, Geetha! How are you? Yes, the U.S. FDA just classifies this a nutritional supplement that contains a form of vitamin B12, though they do warn that it can cause nausea, in some people that take it, due to its potency. It will not cause any problems, if taken during menstruation, unless your doctor tells you not to take it.

Will this medication provide any pain relief for my back? I under went surgery and still the pain persists on both of my glutes all the way down the back and thighs to where I cannot sit for a long period of time. ## Benfomet Plus is just a nutritional supplement.
