does it contain gluten? ## I really can't answer that question, without knowing the manufacturer of the pills you have. Do you know what company makes them or are there any markings on the tablets? If you haven't gotten the prescription filled yet and make sure your pharmacy is aware of the gluten allergy, they will be able to find you a gluten free option. Due to these allergies, often associate with Celiac Disease, they keep a list of medications that are commonly used, which are gluten free.

It happens one year ago. I felt dizzy sometimes. Doc said I got high blood. Sometimes up sometimes down. Doc gave me 2.5mg. But the dizzy still there sometimes plus I always have headache, tiredness, lip dry and always go toilet. And I realise when I get angry I feel dizzy. I wonder is it cos of the medicine? Before I only feel dizzy. Just slight dizzy. Now the dizzy is like worse. Any advice?

What is amlod benaz used for? Is it high blood pressure? ## For many years I have been taking the amlodopine(sp) part of this drug. Lately I have been diagnosed as a diabetic and have added an endocrinologist to my parade of doctors. She recommended to my cardiologist that an ace inhibitor be added. Today is my first day on amlod/Benaz. Thur far, I don't feel any side effects but am worried about all of the side effects that are listed on the accompanying literature. I started taking this med 8 days ago...and well in a nutshell i feel horrible! Hand and feet swelling, dizzy, stomach pain..always sore and tired...this was prescribed for raynaud (severe) syndrome..it hasnt helped that...my blood pressure and heart are fine with taking metoprolol and has been fine for over 10 years...my high blood pressure is caused by kidney damage caused by scleroderma and lupus..my question is, can i stop taking it....NOW and w/o tapering...also i was just prescribed nitroglycerin creme to apply to fingers and that seems to work..hard to tell till i stop the amlodipine..thoughts? I was taking lisinopril 5mg for high blood pressure and had severe stomach and back pain after taking the med for 3 weeks. My MD switched me to amlodipine 5mg and the same side effects after 2 weeks.
