771 Round White Pill

The pill is really small, white, round and on one side says P on the top part and 771 on the bottom part. ## Yes, it says P on top and 771 on the bottom. The back is bare and says nothing. It has a diameter of about 16/64ths (6.350[mm]). I heard it was some sort of opioid, and helped to prevent diareah. ## Yes, it is called Diphenoxylate HCl atropine sulfate [1]. It is used in the treating of diareah.
