500 White Circle Pill

The white pill has a groove on one side and "P 500" on the other. It is white and round. What is it? ## Hi Chris, I found one possible ID for this pill based on the description provided. The pill with this imprint has been identified as Ciprofloxacin hydrochloride (500 mg). It is white, but also capsule-shaped or oval as opposed to round. This seems to be the only discrepancy in relation to what you described it as. its just a round white pill the size of a nickel and has gdc on it and the g raps around the other letter at the bottom of the pill on the same side as the lettering there are the numbers 113 ## That's a Calcium Carbonate ## Anne is correct, this tablet is manufactured by Qualitest Pharmaceuticals and they list it as containing 500mgs of Calcium Carbonate, which is a generic for Tums. This is an over the counter medication. The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dry mouth, and constipation. Is there anything else I can help with?

This ill is white and oblong, it has a recessed circle with the dart of an arrow through it. The dart is very narrow, with only a small thin section of the shaft attached to it. ## There was another post on a pill with a marking similar to this and I am sorry to say that I just can't find anything on it. It isn't listed in the U.S. prescription drug databases and the marking leads me to believe that it is something available over the counter. What is the for? ## Is the M in a square shape? If so it's Acetaminophen 300 mg and Codeine 30 mg, which is used for the relief of mild/moderate (or in the case of 30/500mg - severe) pain. Trying to identify a large round white pill that says TCL 415 in a circular fashion around the whole pill. The back is smooth with no scoring. ## It appears that Lou is correct.
