I was recently diagnosed with an underactive thyroid. I have been taking levothyroxine for almost two weeks. For the last four or five days I have had a weird feeling. It is hard to explain. I don't really feel dizzy but I get a strange feeling in my head. I guess you would describe it as a head rush. Has anyone else had this feeling and will it go away as my body adjusts to the levothyroxine? ## yes i would get that every morning after i took my pills and drank coffee. I think its inmortant to eat a little over an hour after to avoid the dizziness. I have been on Ozempic 1mg for a few months and have lost 25 lbs. I feel great but struggle with constipation from the drug. Does anyone else have this problem? ## Ohmygosh!! Yessss I love Ozempic for my type 2 diabetes. I have lost a good amount of weight. I have so many diabetes problems that Ozempic has helped with.. Is Btrex a complex of B1, B6, and B12 vitamins? My doctor has prescribed me this vitamin, and I consider that a 30 day supply is expensive when comparing prices with a B-Complex bottle. Your advise is appreciated. ## I was unable to locate sufficient information on this supplement, possibly due to the spelling or if it's only manufactured overseas. Do you know if the spelling is correct? Also, does this supplement have a label on the back with all the ingredients? I only ask because I can tell you based on the ingredients and price if this is really worth what you are paying and whether or not you can find something with a better nutrition profile for a cheaper or equal cost. Been on Sandoz mfr. lorazepam for 10 years; no problems; no need to increase dose. Sandoz stopped mfr. Now, can only get these generic's & Actavis. Having lots of troubles getting results; either nothing or zonked. Anyone else w/any experience which mfr. is closer to Sandoz (since FDA approves up to 2% differences in generics). Hi there. A good friend of mine has had very severe side effects after his 4th sublocade injection. He has been terribly ill since 11/5. He has had non stop nausea and vomiting, sweating, as well as a plethora of other symptoms. He has been totally incapacitated, and will not return to the Dr. Has anyone else had severe side effects? My friend is currently in the Portland area, but could travel if anyone is aware of a medical professional that can help him. How long should one worry about side effects of depakote after taking for 3 months? I have not taken for over a year now but have increased mood changes and impulsiveness. ## Have you consulted a doctor? i get sick everytime i take my dose of suboxone. I began taking Chantix in May of 2011, and quit smoking in June. My brother started saying that I was acting strange. I did not believe him at first, and even felt he was trying to put me down...I remember that.... But I finally did notice that I was not sleeping, and getting really wound up! I started forgetting things, and even forgot to eat, and take medicine. Why would doctors stop writting a prescription of Lorazepam, which has worked for over 20 years for a patient who has panic disorder, because the patient is now too old at 70? Any input is appreciated. ## Hello Yusho, This NIH Article briefly explains why your doctors are choosing to stop your prescription. In a nut shell the medication works fine but studies have shown that older patients are more likely to experience adverse side effects. Hi, everyone. I've been on 5mg dose of Mounjaro for 2 months and have lost about 15 pounds. I love the way I have less desire for food, less craving, and I especially love how I know when to stop eating during a meal. I don't experience side effects unless I inject into my abdomen. Then, within 2 days, the burps and diarrhea start. When injected into my thigh, no bad side effects. Is this true for anyone else? ## When I rotate injection sites, including my abdomen, I don't notice differences. I just started Ozempic today and forgot to count to 6 after injecting the needle before removing it. I've used Paregoric for 15 years and can't find it. Is there anywhere in the U.S. or other countries where this can be purchased? ## I have been on paregoric therapy for at least 18 years myself. There are tests that not only detect the presence of the opiate in question, but they also show the levels in your body. If you have been prescribed a certain amount, at a certain dosing interval, then the amount detected should fall within a certain range. I am a 64-year old male and I am 6'0 184 pounds. My average blood pressure before i got on Lisinopril 10mg had crept up to "low 140s" over low to mid 80's. Over the last few years the systolic number rose from lower to upper 120's to consistently in the 140's. I started taking 10mg Lisinopril on April 22, 2025 and my blood pressure actually averages right around 122 / 76, so no complaints for my average. I have taken readings every morning since April 22 so, all of MAY, JUNE and JULY and now a few days in August. HOWEVER, I have a number of readings between 99 and 110, many, many more between 110 and 120. Likewise I have many readings between 120 - 130 and a handful of numbers in the 130's. I had been taking the Takeda brand of Vyvanse for ADHD and I guess there was a shortage so I ended up with Arynta instead. The capsule had AN 25 I was supposed to be equivalent to 40 mg of Vyvanse. It made me sick and sleepy! So something was seriously wrong! I had to tough it out until my next prescription and go without because I refuse to take it because of the side effects of being sick! How could this medicine be so different than another brand and the fact it didn’t work and did the opposite of what it was supposed to do?
