For anyone still seeking an identification on this, the oblong, white tablet with the W on one side and 724 on the other contains 250mgs of Divalproex Sodium.
So, it is not a Soma Compound tablet, nor is it any type of muscle relaxant.
This medication is actually used to treat the manic episodes of bipolar disorder and epilepsy.

Side effects may include nausea, dizziness, vomiting and hallucinations.
As to tablets that may have one color on one side and a different one on the other, (this one does not!) you cannot separate out one drug constituent by color, that's not how it works.
