I found a small round pill that's sky blue with p 20 on one side and blank on the other side. The p is located over the 20. I couldn't find out what it is I googled it with no luck. Some say its oxycontin 20mg. But how do you know for sure? Does anyone know???

Hi renee - the pill which you are describing (round, blue with P over 20 on one side) is Propranolol 20 mg, which is generally used to treat anxiety and panic. It can also be used to treat a variety of other things such as migraines, tension headaches, hypertension, and angina. So, no, it is not Oxycontin, nor even a narcotic / opiate drug.
