Based on my research, Rumoquin NF contains the active ingredients:

(100 mg) of Phenylbutazone (a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory) + (200 mg) of Methocarbamol (a muscle relaxant) +

(0.75 mg) of Dexamethasone (a corticosteroid);


This medication is used to treat pain and swelling. I'm unaware of the price because,from what I can gather, it is not available in the U.S.
