Panamor Dosage Timing

I inject myself with panamor when the pain in my feet gets very painfull. Today i sprained my left foot and it is painful if i walk. Two days ago I injected myself with panamor. Could I do it again today or is there a waiting period between injections. I know it is not good for the kidneys.would like to know

This contains the active ingredient Diclofenac, which is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory. It may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness and headache.

What is the dosage you use? Are you on any other medications? How do you know it's just a sprain?
