I'd not recommend it. Rumoquin is a medication from Mexico and the FDA lists one of the ingredients as being the steroid Dexamethasone, which can elevate blood sugar levels, so it may not be safe for a diabetic to take.
The other listed ingredients are the nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory Diclofenac and the muscle relaxant Methocarbamol.
Typical side effects may also include nausea, dizziness, weight gain, acne, dry mouth and headache.
it would be safest for her to see her doctor and have them prescribe something.
