I am taking Duspatalin Retard 200 for over a month. The medical doctor said I can take it for life. Are there any long term side effects in taking this medecine?

I used to take duspatalin 135 when I suffered from colitis and it relieved the pain without any side effects, but today I took duspatalin retard 200 and I couldn't sleep with anxiety. Could this be a side effect of duspatalin retard and how can I manage this to continue taking the drug?

I have an implant defibrilator and am on amiodarone 200mg and metaprolol 50mg. I have now been diagnosed diabetic now and have been put on metformin 500mg twice a day. I am now suffering from constipation. I am taking fybogel but this is not helping. what should i take to get a relief from constipation.

My wife 57 was prescribed mebeverine Hcl 135 mg TDS and Panadine BD for unidentified pain in the lower left abdomen. She is also under treatment for hypertension and diabetes with Lozarten 50 mg and metformin 500 mg. Although the pain has subsided she has developed lifelessness, palpitation and Cystolic BP reading less than 60. Could you advice on the course of action we need to take?

i have take this medicine for 3 or 4 yeras seprately but doesnt work for me... n the abdomen pain still ;(
i stoped all kinds of medicine and Dr and now after severe pain i back to the hospital n they gaive me the same i have used , now am in Duspatalin Retard 200mg and Librax 5/2.5mg and Pariet 20mg 2day is the first day but still painfull needs your advice??

I have taken 200 mg cap for over 2 years for against IBS. It seems useless if you have continued to use a long time. I will stop it for sometimes, then use again, the function will get back. I found the below effect (I think they are the side effect for me): lost weight and strength of muscles, slow heart beat 55 time per minutes, low blood pressure 69/119. However, I'm just a 28 guys. So, I prefer to stop using forever. What do you think?
