the pills do work. you do get a dry mouth and you need to drink a lot of water. i lost 10 pds in 7 days, but guys watch it cause your sexual ability will fade until you stop taking it. it will go back to normal once you stop your testicles might hurt a little too. it happened to a few guys i knew where taken it. But after i stopped i was fine after. I take it 30 mins with warm water before breakfast or atleast 12pm and i never had trouble sleeping.

I'm a 20 year old college student and desperately want to lose 15 lbs! I just started these pills yesterday and really don't feel much difference! I do feel less hungry, but I'm not experiencing any of the other symptoms described. I bought the box from the local asian market where no one speaks english so I'm a littler concerned about taking it. Does anyone know if it is dangerous to mix this pill with other pills? I usually take a sleep aid to help me sleep but am worried about taking it while on this pill! Any advice?

I take sleeping pills.I use Restoril(Temazepan).I been using both things with no problems.But everybody is different.Because someone here said that they have a problem taking the Reduce Weight pill and benadryl.I did that before with no side effects.So,everybody is different and I take Reduce Weight(morning) and Sleeping pills(night)
with no side effects.Ask your doctor.

Okay guys, so I purchased the boxt lost basically 10lbs on my first box, sounds little but I feel it a lot on my arms and went down a jean size so im satisfied...but since my first box finished i went off to buy a second, same place....now im on my third day on my new box and feel like my heart pounding really fast which is causing short of breath and sort of naucious :(.....any suggestions?

I have been taking these pills for exactly 1 month and have gone down 4 sizes....i have NO side effects at all. I noticed the total loss of appetite just on DAY 1....

Hi May. Keep in mind that these pills do contain sibutramine which is a controlled substance used to suppress appetite . I don't think this should have any effect on your blood sugar but you may want to check with your Dr regarding the effect it may have on your blood pressure. I would think that a simple phone call should answer your questions.

HELP! Okay, I've been on the pill for 6 days.. and So far I've lost 3-5 pounds.
The thing is, I still go to school and you know school food is not healthy.
What should I eat?
I have trouble choosing the right foods.
Every morning I swallow the pill and drink warm water with it.
I've heard I have to wait 15 mins to eat after I swallowed the pill.
But I'm not sure what to eat.
What I've been eating is Special K, and 100 cal snack stuff or lower, fruits, and salads. And to be honest, I still get hungry cause I'm afraid to eat more than I should.

I'm only 5'1 and currently weigh 145.
What can I eat?
What can't I eat?

I started to take this pills three weeks ago and I have a severe kidney pain. Never had it before. At night I cant sleep very well. Any-body it's ever feel something like it. Please inform.

Giselle, If your school has salads available then how about a salad for lunch ? Just use common sense as to what you eat. Stay away from cakes, cookies and foods that contain high carbohydrates and fat content. Fruit is always a good choice.

I just started these as well. Bought it off Amazon as I cannot locate them in a store. My heart increased its rate but only slightly. I think I am just excited about trying this too. Keep in mind that anticipation and elation will make you feel that way too. I plan on drinking 3 liters of water a day. Don't know if I received real or fake but the seller sent a 5 page documentary stating that his are real. Had everything on the box that it stated but it IS just a box. Maybe it would help if the color of the powder inside the pill was disclosed to help distiguish real and fake????

There is not much difference between the powder of the real and the fake.I open one of a fake box that I had before and cause me alot of problems.The real one was a little bit lighter color.(like a light beige)and the fake was beige too but a little darker.The capsule of the real the green was darker and the fake one the green was lighter.(not too much help,I know).There is thousands of people saying that they have the real ones.(Fake ones also have all the correct markings)I learned that in my own experience.This is like a Rolex my husband bought from a friend(all the correct markings,number,paper,box and everything and two months ago found out that it was fake).This is like the pills.Even that I been taking them for more than a year,I end up buying a fake box in Amazon and I went back to buy them from a lady than I been purchasing the pills for long time and it is not working the same way and I notice that this box says Fruta planta and the letters on the side look a little bit different.

Be careful,that is not good.I started with a lower back pain,my toes and fingers start to get cold,then I had swollen and itchy toes.I end up with Raynauds syndrome.It was a box I bought that wasn't good.I will say the fakestlol it's that could be a correct word.Dry mouth,thirst,insomnia(are side effects)some people also have headaches.But besides that I think that other symptoms like pain,chills,nauseas,and dizziness are not o.k.

I think that what Mike wrote you is absolutely correct.A diet low in carbs.Eat salad and fruits.Special K bars are really good too.Chicken,turkey,fish(I only like tuna).Try to drink lots of water.Don't drink soda(even if they are Diet)soda can make you bloated because of the gas.I drink crystal light instead,decaff coffee and I'm using Stevia(instead of sugar) in my drinks.Do not eat salty food or snacks like chips,salt make you bloated and it cause water retention.It you feel cramps in you hands or legs eat a banana.This pills can low your potassium.But not too many bananas because they are high in carbs.Good luck!

i been taking pill off and on for a bout 2 months. i do eeln my first box worked better. i did lose a couple of pounds. but i got a severe rash that i never had before. eveyone keeps saying dry skin to hot showers. but i never had this before wondering if any one else had this problem severe and itching all the time. thanks

Hi everyone. Thank you all for the 411... Thanks for the encouragement Prka_flava...Glad to know you're well...Ok so I started Reduce (weihgt) a week ago, and just today I noticed weight is mis spelled. > que loca<. I sure do hope these work, because with the dizziness at time, jittery,dry mouth and on the 2nd day I couldn't sleep I'm ok now, but right now as I type I have a massive headache for about four hours now. I drank motrin 800 and nothing. I had a tuna sandwish 15 min ago. Thanks to PRKA_FLAVA which encouraged me to eat tuna sandwish. I tought since I haven't had a real meal, today that would trigger headache.... I don't feel I lost weight yet, but then again I am now getting over my period..however it has supress my appetite a bit.I sure do hope these work...thank you all. These personal story help....

Hi everyone,
I bought the box today and they are sitting on my desk as i type this. I am a bit concerned with the side effects. but then again everything has its negative parts. i already suffer from migraines and i control those headaches with prescription drugs from my MD. I have the right box according to most post here but i have the one that says fruta planta and everything else is properly spelled and labeled and all that. the thing with me is these chinese ppl. ( no means on offending any asian culture or person thereof) will imitate ur momma if they get the chance. so its hard for me to really be convinced. so far every single post that i read here today, outweigh the neg side effects, so i need to lose about 35 pounds.. i am also at the gym and if this can help i am willing to try. I also read that some death related incidents occured while on these pills. then again mis information is everywhere. has any one heard of this? any other information is also greatly appreciated. thanks to everyone who read my post and replied. good luck and best wishes to us all.

I talked about those pills long time ago.Those are the ones that I used before and they are hard to find.That is the real one,even than people that sell the others with the word spell correctly say that those are the fake.Those are the ones I used for loooooong time and helped me to lose all those pounds.That pill is stronger than the one that say fruta planta and the ones that have the word weight spelled correct.Where did you buy them?because the lady that I bought them from,doesn't have them.The ones I am taking now JEEEEEEEEZ are not working as good as the other ones.I lost 11/2 pound in 2 weeks.With the other ones I was losing up to 10 pounds in 2 weeks.If you don't notice any weight loss when you jump on the scale,wait until next week and check you waist.You can be losing inches.Pleeeease tell me where you found the pill.I need those.Thank you..
