LOL...Yes deff strong, I'm considering drinking it every other day..I live in Mass and they are selling like hot cake, 4real..This woman has a mini business. She sell's 2 boxes with vitamin B complex,Cascara sagrada which makes you poop. Since pill can make you constipated,some sleeping aid and some tea..for $95. lol. She makes you go to her house, incourage you detox for a week etc. She also sell some Mushroom one as well. I don't know where you live, but if you're in the Boston area i'll get you her info..

hey guys.. just a quick question.. so i took my first pill this morning and so far thank god i havent had any side effects.. im so scared of that.. so my question is.. if i dont feel anything are they working? and another question.. if the instructions are in spanish is it true that these pills arent that strong?

Every person is different.Fruta planta was made after the original version of reduce weight.They are NOT fake,but not as strong as the first ones.About side effects,don't worry,we don't need side effects.Remember that even birth control pills had lots of side effects and not everybody experience them.But,thirst is deffinetly something that everybody experience taking the pills and also dry mouth.I wish you the best!

Sorry :(....I skipped one today, only because yesterday was bad for me. I hope it can be as productive if i try to drink one every other day...Has any one taken them every other day?? Also I've heard it can cause ACNE is this true? Anyone out there has acne do to these pills??

It is my third day. Little bit of dry mouth but a glass of water at hand always helps. Sleep is ok not as bad as I thought it would be. Feel a little out of it but I am hoping that stops as my body gets used to them.
Regarding fake: I guess you can't Itell until it is too late. The more aware of how you feel and the difference between normal and not the sooner you can stop taking them.

To avoid acne while taking these pill,you should drink something to make your bowel movement regular,this pills can cause constipation, Waste that is not eliminated by your bowels then enters your bloodstream( toxins) need to come out somehow, so some will come out of your skin when you sweat. So of course, the end result is blocked pores and a possible acne breakout.Drink lots of water even if you are not thirsty,you can buy senna pills or you can buy Detox blend sp-25 by Solaray(those are the ones I'm using(cost 6.99 to 9.99).They helped me alot and I don't have acne anymore.I am actually drinking Fiji water(instead of regular water)this water have a high PH(compared to regular water).So it helps your body to have a balanced PH,which helps you with lots of things in your body.I hope this help,and give your body time to adjust to the pill and work properly.God bless and good luck!

Yes,yes and super yes.But sudden changes in body temperature can damage your blood vessels.If you feel cold try to wear socks,if the cold go away.You are fine.Try to type in your computer for at least 1 hour.I don't know google something or read your mail.Lol.If you notice that been relax seating typing on the computer make your body cold.It could be something associate with circulation.Lots of my friends take this pill and experienced the cold body temperatures(specially hands and feet)but after a couple of weeks,this symtoms go away.So,if after two weeks you are still feeling cold(that's not a good sign)because that is what happens to me with one box of this pills(ONLY with one).I start feeling my toes extremely cold and my hands.Then they start itching,then I start feeling colder,then hot,then I saw a little rash on my toes and knuckles,and my body was cold,hot,cold,hot..My toes get itchy-er after taking a shower with warm water.Also when I used to put cold water on my hands they look weird,they turn really pale.With hot body temperature my veins start popping out,when I got cold,they look more normal.Anyway I end up with Raynaud's(which is not common in Florida).Went to the Dr.blah,blah..lol..I been taking Reduce weight for a year and half,so I only experienced that side effect with one box I bought on Amazon.With this box I also feel cold feet and hands but not as bad as before(with that other box).When I drink water I get colder,lol but I just wear a pair of socks and after a couple of minutes I feel O.k.With the ones that I used to take(the ones with the word Weight spell incorrect..It was different,I was hot all the time(I mean my body temperature).But after 2 weeks on that pill,all the symptoms went away.I do not know if you speak spanish,but if you do I belong to a forum on Univision and we are alot of ladies and even guys on this pills.We share opinions,comments and support each other.Alot of the girls there experience the cold too,but like I said,it went away after couple of weeks.Everybody is different and I'm just talking about my own experience and other friends.Like I said,some of us get cold,but like I told you been cold,hot,cold,hot is not good.I will reccomend you to wait at least two weeks,to see if the symptoms go away(Some people experience this until your body adjust to the pill)NO MORE THAN TWO WEEKS.

Today was my first day on the pill. I want to lose 15 pounds in about 2 to 3 weeks, and 40 pounds in the next 2 to 3 months.

My question is whether or not the pill itself makes us lose weight, or the lack of appetite and thus less food consumed causes the weight loss. How much do people usually eat while taking the pill? Today I didn't really have any side effects except for a little dry mouth that has been fine with a lot of water. A little bit of constipation but nothing too bad. Are there things I should be doing to expedite my weight loss?

You are funny.I can tell you my experience with this pills.DON'T FREAK OUT.This pills are really good and I'm almost there to reach my goal.I only experienced 1 problem with 1 box and in my other post I explained you what happen.God bless and think possitive.But if you experience something that is not really normal like dizziness,stomach pain,tachicardia,numbness,twitching,high blood pressure stop the pill.But believe me that there is more PRO than CONS with this pill.God bless and good luck!

Hey Ness..I have had the same symptons more Cold then Hot. It should get better as your body adjust to the new changes. My freind had same problem and she stuck with it..She lost 25 pounds 5 weeks, shes super happy. WE WILL GET THERE, GOD WILLING.
As for Jay since it's your first day i think to soon for the constipation. LOL. However like Prkan_Flava said earlier try to get some Senna. I personally got some Vegetable Laxative they work well. Get then at like Wal-Mart, CVS, etc..P.S I'm also using something call ( Napolina Linaza) has all these omega's, Fiver, Flaxseed and senna it helps alot. LOL.. as far as the COLD, HOT symptoms.. this is my third day on this pill and I dont get any coldness or hotness.. or anything else.. thank goodness.. im a bit pessimistic because I dont think the pill is going to work for me..
