hi guys... I'm been taking the pill for only 4 days so far so good I don't have no side effects..i try I couple weeks ago but I caching I cold and w the pill I feel worst I feel cool and dizzie but this second time is been great but my question is ANYONE KNOWS IF I CAN TAKE MULTIVITAMINES WITH THE PILL ...im a little afraid to take both..anyone knows...please

Flava Thanks for the Info... I think the pills are good... Regardless I quit using them. I had sleeping trouble and lost appetite. I didn't want to go far. Love my self. A friend of mine spent 48 hors at the hospital dehidrated ... It did scareme. But if it is working for you all enhorabuena!!!!!!.

so whats new guys, gals, and ppl in btwn? well today is my 6th day on the pill and im actually thinking that it hasnt done anything.. zilch , nada, I havent weighed myself, i feel like ill be up for disappointment. i should see something a week into the pills right?I have even lost all motivation to go to the gym.. Blah going alone isnt as much fun as going with ppl who will support u.. but anyways.. still thank goodness no symptoms but I did puke yesterday 2 times.. then i ate spanish food.. DELISH! I eat breakfast in the am with the pill...thats around 8 30 am.. by like 12 ill have tea or a granola bar .. at 2 30 I pick up my daughter from school and we go eat.. usually its like pizza for her.. im not quite fond of it but ill have 1/2 a slice with water. then like 7 ill have another granola bar.. so.. is this weird.. or what? I must say I am a very picky eater overall. i honestly am very pessimistic at this point unless i weigh myself and it reads WOW lady u lost weight then i wont be satisfied. .. see ya soon.. keep me posted.

hello everyone.. good morning.. well I just want to report my success today.
i was on my 6th pill on friday. i start a new packet from my first box every sunday. ( i dont take any pills on saturday). so yesterday i went to weigh myself and i lost 10 pounds!. in 6 days.. has anyone lost this amount or more in this time period? i was shocked like i weighed myself at least 5 or 6 times LOL just to make sure. so if i finish my first box within the 30 days that means that at the rate that im loosing i will have a lost a total of 40 pounds in a month. thank goodness I still dont have side effects and I cannot stress enough that i know every ones body and mechanism is different. i do drink alot of water. and i also drink OJ and eat veggies to make sure i get the nutrients. i am not taking a multivitamin, the only other thing is my bc ( birth Control) i was going t stop takin the pills just because i thought they werent working. but i guess they are.. LOL well I hope everyone is in good health keep us posted and let us know how it is going with this pills.

Ok so I was taking these things and after day 4 had a headache that would not go away. So I stopped taking them and it took me 3 days to get back to normal. Then I started again and was not like the first time I started. I wonder now if I was getting dehydrated even though I was drinking (religiously) 3 liters of water per day. Bizarre but will keep trying to see if the headaches come back.

hi, i just ordered the fruta planta from amazon from a highly rated seller with great reviews from the product. it was fairly cheap so if it doesnt have that silver seal i wont be too upset. but i do have ONE IMPORTANT QUESTION!!

i read that one of the ingredients that was banned from the FDA is a seritonin reuptake thingie..(sorry im so informal but i know nothing about that) and i am on an antidepressant already. will this be harmful to me? i dont want to tell my doctor yet he would deffinately be mad. but im willing to do anything to lose the weight. please answer!!

Lisa, these pills contain sibutramine which is used as an appetite suppressant. Sibutramine is structurally related to amphetamines. TELL YOUR DOCTOR. Additionally , if anyone must submit to a drug screening for employment purposes you will come back as positive while using these pills.

i started taking the pill about a week ago and stopped taking it cuz i was having and still am having trouble breathing this pill is not 100 percent natural it has the drug dat is prohibited in da US and when i looked it up it said people who take it can develop pulmonary hypertension throughout time i did lose ten pounds but my health isnt worth the risk i recommend diet and exercise

I started taking the Fruta Planta pills on Fri. I took them with hot tea in the morning. I had no appetite all day. However, when I took the pill on Sun. during the evening I began to feel funny. I was getting hot and cold flashes and my chest felt as if were burning and I could not go to sleep. Today I did not take them, but I still feel the above symptoms. The pill does suppress your hunger, but does anyone else experiencing these effects?

hi guys, I have stopped the pill recently due to a throat infection. ( not caused by the pill) but while i was on it for 2 weeks i lost 14 pounds. I go back on that pill tomo.. best of luck to everyone..smoochies!
