I went to the Dr's.appointment today.All the results are fine.My liver,kidneys,hemoglobine,everything is fine.DR.said that what I have is call Raynaud's disease.Florida is not cold and this disease is more common in cold states and weather.Because my urine test was positive in Amphetamine,he said that Amphetamine use was the only explanation to have Raynaud's.He told me to stay away from that pills(in the last box,I been taking about) who knows who made that pill box!He told me to stay warm,to wear socks and gloves(which is funny in Florida).I need to test myself to see how much warming I need.Sometimes I wear a jacket and tennis shoes because I am cold and then 10 minutes later,my hands are feet get so red and itchy.So he said that's because blood vessels narrow and open so fast.Because I didn't have any problems before with the other pills,he said that I can start them again,but he wants to see me in two weeks just to monitor my blood pressure,pulse,and to see if I am feeling better.I haven't gain any weight after I stopped the pill.So I am so happy!!I will start my pills tomorrow,besides the Raynaud's everything is so fine,so he said if I notice something different to call him.My best wishes to all of you.So keep losing weight! I just placed and order of Reduce Weight Fruta planta from a seller from Amazon called Japan 2 Day Ling Zhi Diet. What should I look for when I get these pills?

Make sure the box has the original markings on it. There are a lot of duplicates out there Be very careful. The instruction sheet should come in spanish, english and japanese. Look for the imprint on the foil also.... hope this helps

Hey Prkan_flava, well it turend out to be that all the back pain, neck pains, chills were just for the first week. Thank God. The body pain was probably because I suffer from Arthritis so it probably something to do with that. Today is my 20th day on the pill and I have lost 10 lbs so Im really much more motivated to continue buying the pills. Now I barely have dry mouth. The first 3 days I had a throat infection because of my dry mouth, but now I barely am thirsty. My body pains &chills went away after the 1st week. I am not eating after 8pm or 3 hours before I go to sleep. I drink a lot of water (this is important). I don't work out. I drink the pill right when I wake up with a cup of herbal life lemon tea or even boiled water and a Vitamin C tablet (so i wont get a throat infection & vitamins are important ). Then after 15 minutes I eat a bowl of Cheerios (serving sz. amount though). Even though I am not hungry at all the rest of the day, it is important to eat and keep your metabolism running so I just eat a fruit 2-3 hours after that or a fiber one bar, whatever you feel like eating. Then when I get home from school I eat my mother's food, unfortuantely since my mother's dominican, she cooks rice everyday almost so I have to eat (even if its not good for you), I just half of what I used to eat. 3 hrs before that I eat a yogurt and a fruit, or anything 100-150 calories. I don't work out, but I will start so that I wont have any hanging skin (LOL) and maybe it will even make the pill more effective. Btw even if you dont see a HIGH amount of weight loss on the scale while taking the pill, as long as you feel and see the inches lost, then you're good to go. My arms went downn SOOO MUCH, because after I gained weight they literally blew up out of nowhere, I was so upset with myself and it was worst since I'm kind of self conscious, but now my arms are WAYY smaller, my stomach is less bloaded and I definitely lost inches especially from my handles (which most of us ladies hate because it pops out of our jeans). So yea 10lbs in 20 days, I'm pretty satisfied, especially since some days I over ate, like massive pizza and all that good stay home cause its winter junk food(such as sundays). So yea, I suggest you all drink a lot of water everyday and eat a fair amount

I sooo happy for you girl.I started the pills again after I went to the Dr.and I am sooooooo happy.Yeah my chichos melted(handles,fat rolls)lol.I need to start exercizing too.Yupiii I can see my toes now when I am straight and looking down.I am getting curves.Only problem my butt is shrinking(I can not lose that)!lol.Maybe its a gravity matter.It was up,now is down,but it needs to go up.(Like Newton apple theory).I am planning to go to a gym,close to my house.I want my J.lo's back!!And even the rings don't fit me anymore.It may sound crazy,but I am wearing size 71/2 sandals and I was 8(no is not the style)the thing is that all the size 8 I have look big on me.It is funny.Keep the good job.Now we need to work out.lol.BTW I use a cream made in Dominican Rep.every day,so I don't get stretch marks.

Has any of the females experienced period delays after drinking this pill? My friend and I started drinking Fruta Planta the same day and we are both experiencing the same issue. We've been taking it for like 2 weeks and have missed our period for the month of Feb.

Jperez I never heard about that.But
long time ago I was doing the Atkins diet and my period was late.After that,I was doing the South
beach diet and the same thing happened.So maybe is not the Fruta Planta,maybe you are not eating the right food.(cutting carbs and eating more protein).I don't know.That's what I think based on my past experiences doing diets.I been using this pills for long time and never had that side effect of been late on my period.Good luck!

Prkan, My wife is currently NOT taking the pills as she has lost the amount of weight she wanted too before starting the pills (25Lbs). So far the weight has stayed off and she is doing just fine. She still swears by the pills and had no problems mentioned in this blog. I wish all luck in their efforts. Take the pills and watch your diets and the weight will come off. Exercise sure won't hurt either.

I just tried my first pill this morning around 7:20 am after a bowl of cereal, and took the pill with warm water. I dont feel much different right now and its 8:36 am. except a little sleepy. Is it normal because I've read that its suppose to give you tons of energy.

It should not make you sleepy... You may just be tired and bc your looking for side effects think its the pill. It will not though make you jittery either like most diet pills do. I usually take mine with a cup of coffee or hot tea.... Then I eat something about an hour or so later. My biggest thing is the cotton mouth and if you are a smoker it is 20X's worse!!! Just drink a lot of water and and you should be fine. I am down 22 lbs and I don't take them everyday bc I forget! I am going to Miami this weekend and picking up another box from Dad!! I want to lose about another 20 more lbs! Keep me posted on your progress....

Mariale, common sense would dictate that if you have a cold and are taking cold medication then perhaps you should wait before taking this pill.

thanks mike..but my problem is that i work w children so im sick 75% of the time...so i ask a friend who is on the pill and she told me to go head and take the cold medicine that it was nothing wrong..but im not so sure about it

I do not recommend you buying them on line you never know where they are coming from and if there the real ones or the clones. I dont know if someone else knows of a site that sells the real ones. sorry.....

Please don't take any antihistaminic, I was at the hospital last year because of that. I was taking the reduce weight and I had some allergy syntoms, so I stop taking the reduce weight and started taking zirtec, the second day I fainted and my husband had to take me to the emergency room. Even I wasn't taking the pill I had a lot of problems with my pression and heart I guess my body still had the pill effects when I started the zyrtec. So, if you are gonna take any medication I suggest that you stop the reduce weight.

I have been taking them for a while lost 25lbs in a few weeks. I bought them for $40 the first time then found them on amazon for $12. The last time I bought them they were $4.99. There are a lot of people making lots of money on these pills when they are super cheep. Just type in Chinese Diet Pill in Amazon.
