I'm 17, and I just ordered "Reduce Weight Fruta Planta" and it just came in the mail today. A friend of mine has lost 15 lbs, and she looks great! how do I take these? And for how long do I take them? Do I exercise, and eat healthy? I would like to go from 145 to 125. I'm about 5'6 so the change should be noticeable. And, Is it safe for me?

My sister purchased these pills and handed a few over to myself and i instantly noticed a difference, however i don't know where she's purchased them. She's on vacation for a while and I would like to know where extactly I can purchase REAL pills.

I have been taking the pill for 7 days I have lost 5lbs and I eat a healthy breakfast every morning. I probably would have lost a lil more but I was drinking alchohol this past weekend due to playoffs. I have better hope of more weight loss this coming up weekend. I have never in my life not felt like eating I always had cravings for food, this product blows my mind I cant get over the fact that it actually works

Kathy make sure u drink a lot of water an eat a healthy breakfast. I havent really had any side affects except maybe dry mouth. I do have a lot of energy that i dont know what to do with but im sure ill figure it out. good luck and hope it works for u

I purchased the "REDUCE WEIGHT FRUTA PLANTA" pills. I want to move forward with taking the pills, however I am concerned from all the comments about this pill containing Sibutramine. I believe this may be true, however after reading comments made on this website, ppl. did not just become aware of this information And continued to take the pill. PPL have not reported any deadly health conditions. I guess i am trying to justify a reason to take this pill, simply because i am anxious to have the results which others have reported.

These pills have really worked for me. I first started buying from a coworker who was selling a months supply for $20; and then I stumbled across them at a Chinese Market who sold the box for $12 (silver square seal) & $15 for a month's supply (gold square seal). I'm told by the owner of store that the gold seal is better though. This I haven't been able to confirm or negate; however, the pills do work. I wld take a pill either before or after I ate breakfast w/warm water or tea. I cannot say I have suffered side effects.

Tasha go for it! I seriously dont see how this could be so bad. There are so many medications out there that have crazy side affects but people still take them. Try it out and if its not for you then u can just stop. I lost 5 lbs in one week and I feel great. Good luck and if u decide to try it please post the outcome I always feel more positive about continuing to not give up when others get results as well.

Anyone have any info about granada grapefruit slimming capsules? I purchased them online - its the same pkg as the fruta planta. I'm wondering if they changed the pkg because of the FDA..if anyone knows please advise

Fruta Planta is NOT safe at all! I started taking it about 10 days ago because my cousin told me her 12 year old son lost 45 lbs using these pills for 5 months. The idea of losing weight so quickly and easily was so appealing that I decided on giving them a try because I thought they were natural..after all, my cousin gave them to a child! The day I took them I was so sluggish and the pill immediately knocked me out for about 2 hours. The second day, I had a temporary headache at night and was unable to sleep until 3am. I did not experience much dry mouth, perhaps because I drank enough water. The next few days, horrible things began to happen to me. My heart was racing, my chest was hurting incredibly- as if I had 300lbs sitting on me. I had painful stomach cramps that led to diarrhea and vomiting. Because of all these side effects, I started to research this "100% natural pill" and after 20 plus hours of research I have found many horrible truths. Fruta planta has sibutramine, arsenic, lead and mercury along with the fruits and plants it claims to have! I was so furious that I decided on calling a number the FDA had given me of a distributor that was recalling fruta planta. The representative told me that fruta planta is not natural, that it does have lead, arsenic (rat poison) and mercury in low quantities from the pesticides used on the "planta". This company Prock also stated that they were unaware that all fruta planta pills whether fake or original contained sibutramine at first but now knows that each pill has sibutramine in it. When I asked her how much sibutramine each pill contained, the representative said "anywhere from 12-18.9mg" (thats double the amount that was prescribed and monitored to obese patients in the past) Sibutramine has been taken off the market in the U.S. and in numerous countries because of the damage it can do to the heart. It can increase many cardiovascular diseases and lead to stroke or heart attack. I don't know how many deaths exactly sibutramine or fruta planta have caused but I am sure it is dangerous enough to be taken off the market. I ended up in the emergency room 2 days ago on an EKG that read 126 - and I still have chest pain. I would not advise anyone to continue taking this pill even if you do see weight loss. the 5 or 6 lbs I lost in these 10 days are not worth the side effects or rushing to a hospital because I felt like I was having a heart attack- The cardiologist said that I am not the first case she sees with high blood pressure because of these diet pills. I hope this has been informational- you can always read more about what fruta planta really contains on the FDA website and also call this number 877-225-1009 with all your questions before 5pm. I left a message and someone got back to me immediately. Drink a gallon of water and flush this pill out ASAP.

Fruta planta had sibutramine, but not the others toxins shery mentioned. I get my blood tested and they would have showed up. Sibutramine was the ingredient in Meridia a formerly legal weight loss drug.

Hi everyone... well I been taking the Fruta Planta pills for 10 days now and I really haven't seen major results. I get the dry mouth everyone says it gives but I still get hungry and cravings for food and junk food I been trying my best to have a good diet while taking this pills but the pills are not really helping reduce my appetight... can someone give me any advise on this problem... because the whole point I started taking this pills is because I am always eating and even wen I am full I am still thinking about eating something els and I really need help because I don't want to keep eating and get to a really unhealthy weight.
