i just got my box of fruta planta ,i will start taking it tomorrow morning,will keep everyone posted.i do exercise at least 3times a week ,but i am over weight,5'4'' 197 lbs

Fruta planta day 145
weight -39 I gained a pound, but I ate too much because I forgot to take fruta two of the days. I noticed the carbs were easy to want w/o fruta.
waist -6.0 at least this didn't go up.
The Big blood results are in. Last three months were w.o 5 meds and only BP med being taking. The chosterol is NOT a problem so no more Lipitor and Lovaza. $$$. the AiC w.o any meds was 8.2 so I agree to go on metformin. This is really inexpensive. Retest in 3 months. Nothing from the full physical. What is interesting is the doctors shock at weight loss. She wanted to know the meal plan and all the details. Goal is to be -50 by mid February. Wish me luck!

I started this pill after a long break, the first time the weight came off to fast and i got weak and dizzy. anyway, has anyone heard of the pill stopping your menstrual cycle? there is no chance i am pregnant but I am about 3 weeks late.

You may want to check with your doctor about your cyclebeing late; that isn't a side effect that I'm aware of.

i have on fruta planta for a month and have lost 3lbs. has anyone else lost this slowly? my pills are from netnutri and they look authentic. i get dry mouth but no other side effects. i just wonder if i should continue or stop. i do have 90lbs to lose and really hoped this would work.i do zumba 3x aweek and walk 3x aweek. i eat cereal in morn, salad with plain tuna for lunch and protein shakes for dinner. for snacks i eat sunflower seeds, carrots and air popped popcorn. why isn't it working for me?

From my experience FP hasn't taken that long for anyone I know. I have had a couple of people who I introduced FP to having varying results. We all purchased from netnutri.com or arnoldsupplements.com (takes longer to receive). One male and one female said that FP made them hungry; but they stuck with it for about week and lost about 2-3 poinds. One person has been eating normal not really feeling their appetite being suppressed but they too have been sticking to eat and they have lost inches and weight but not significant (but they are on some medications - which could be hindering their progress). The rest of us ... which is about 7 all together have experienced weight loss at about 2-5 pounds a week. You should be taking your FP before 9am with hot to very warm water; you should be eating either 1 hour before taking FP or 1 hour after taking FP; you should be drinking at least 8 - 8ozs of water or more a day. Personally, I have been on FP consistently for 45 days and I have lost 33.8 pounds to date (last weigh-in was 11/23/10); I have exercised only 4x's since I began to tak FP (the first Monday of October of 2010). To Danielle .. i took it correctly inaddition i exercise .. did not lose any weight.. all it did was gave me insomnia and constipation.. i hear excellent reviews about slimor and slimor with acabi berry .. i start d slimor about 3 days ago.. n what i like about these new product is that i can go online n find info about them n what is in them unlike FP.. the lack of info about the ingredient was my concern.. so i guess u can continue of charge..

weight -41 gained the pound back. Turkey, two pizza lunches and I thought it was more.
waist -6.00 surprising to get it back. I am plateaued, but this is my worst time until January 2.

i cant figure out why this isnt working for me . i drink about 3 8oz cups of hot tea and 4 27oz bottles of crystal light a day. i am on meds and have hypothyroid, but i take meds for it. i will keep trying and hope something happens.

Trying fp for the second time. I have ordered from Arnold supplements before and the first box gave me side affects but the second box from them didn't both came in the same order. Hmmm...idk anyway, this time I ordered from netnutri and they seem to be working without side affects. Will continue with them.

ISSUE: FDA has received multiple reports of adverse events associated with the use of Fruta Planta, including several cardiac events and one death. FDA laboratory analysis confirmed that Fruta Planta contains sibutramine, a controlled substance that was withdrawn from the market in October 2010 for safety reasons. The product poses a threat to consumers because sibutramine is known to substantially increase blood pressure and/or pulse rate in some patients and may present a significant risk for patients with a history of coronary artery disease, congestive heart failure, arrhythmias or stroke. Fruta Planta may also interact in life threatening ways with other medications a consumer may be taking.

BACKGROUND: Fruta Planta is promoted and sold on various websites, such as frutaplanta.com, as a dietary supplement for weight loss.

Sad but true FrutaPlanta is no longer available. I have two boxes left and I plan to continue with the last two boxes in hopes that I will loose another 20lbs; just received a clean bill of health from my 12/22/10 appointment with my general praction physician. Blood work was normal nothing unusual with that. Still drinking plenty of water and just trying to maintain the success I had with the green and white pills. God Speed, John. Stay in touch throught this site- and keep that 40 lbs off!
