Hello, Karen! How are you? I'm sorry about the problems that you're having.

Any time you experience chest pain, you should have it checked out by your doctor to be safe, except in cases where someone has something such as GERD or costochondritis, in which case they know the pain is due to an already diagnosed condition.

What are you blood pressure readings and heart rate, when it happens?

It can sometimes cause such side effects, in some people that take it, but it would still be best to have it checked out. Other side effects, as listed by the FDA, may possibly include nausea, dizziness, headache, increased urination and hypotension.
