what does this drug do? why is it normally prescribed? Are we all guinea pigs for it?

I'm not quite sure what you're getting at as far as being a guinea pig for it, but I suppose if you're not open to natural alternatives, you'd be more subjected to taking something along these lines for any type of psychotic condition.
