Do not put up with this unnecessary interference. Estatest, and most of the generics, are on the DEA exempt list. Go to this link, print it off, and take it to your pharmacist. Send a copy to your insurance. Quit putting up with this garbage. This medication would not be likely to be diverted for use as an anabolic steroid, because bodybuilders would not want the estrogen. And it appears that the FDA is not as stupid about this as they are about a lot of other things. A bright spot on the horizon... ## I am not sure what a DEA exempt list is, Please explain. I am a 26 yr old female and after almost a year of not having a normal period (my period is 1-2 days of light old blood) I went to my ob. She put me on medroxyprogesterone to kickstart my period and then once I had my period to take clomid. (She doesn't believe I'm ovulating and me and my husband are trying to get pregnant. )The directions on the medicine said to take for 10 days and then I'd start my period 3-7 days after my last dose. After 15 days of no period I called my doctor and she prescribed another round of medroxyprogesterone. I'm worried. My 12 year old daughter takes primolut n for heavy and irregular periods as prescribed by her Dr. She takes 5mg, but after taking this medicine she has not had periods for 3 months. Is it normal or not? Should I go back to my Dr again or not?

Doc just switched me to estrastest, the green pill 0.625-1.25 mg dose....what can I expect in terms of side effects? Any weight gain? I have been on HRT estrogen only patch for the past 15yrs due to a complete hysterectomy. I recently commented to my doc that i've had zero libido for several years so she said i can try estratest... i thought this might cause weight gain and mood swings and facial hair due to the testosterone ...Any feedback or reviews before i start would be appreciated :) ## Yes, those are all possible side effects, you may also experience nausea, dizziness, and headache. Though the weight gain is usually minimal, less than 10 pounds. Are you on any other medications?

I'm coming to the end of my first year of using Estring. It has definitely helped with severe vaginal dryness. I noticed the smell someone else mentioned above but that seems to have stopped. My new concern is that I seem to have excessive wetness from the vagina. It's almost to the point of my questioning if I have incontinence but it is clearly coming from vagina. It's causing a lot of crustiness of the pubic hair around the area. Most unpleasant. As I consider other options they're all equally expensive and the rest seem even messier. So I'm wondering if anyone else has seen this issue? And if anyone has any better solutions? One thing I've done is give my body a break for a few weeks between rings. I figure that has to help minimize the exposure to the estrog...

Hi , am 42 years old and since last 3 months have irregular periods my doc gave Deviry form 6th to 25 th day. after stopping i feel i got my periods but very light and they are still there in the 10th day now. I was prescribed Medroxyprogesterone from my Gyno. I am on day 3 off the pills but still didn't have my period. What should I do? Should I wait for it? ## Hello, Sara! How are you? I live in Taiwan and recently just finished a course of clomiphene citrate. But the instructions were in chinese so i think I may have taken it incorrectly. I took 1 tablet 3 times a day separately for 5 days. I had a breast reduction in 2014, the biopsies they did on both breasts showed that I have pre cancer cells. It took me a year to make the decision to go on tamoxifen and started in Jan 2016. Since then, all my peri systems have increased but tollerable...hot flashes, night sweats, hair loss. The one thing that isn't tolerable are the constant yeast infections I have gotten since (5 documented w/obgyn and 2 self diagnosed and using otc meds). Is anyone else on tamoxifen having these SE's and what is being done? Knowing this isn't one of the higher side effects, I feel like my docs aren't taking me serious.
