I had a breast reduction in 2014, the biopsies they did on both breasts showed that I have pre cancer cells. It took me a year to make the decision to go on tamoxifen and started in Jan 2016. Since then, all my peri systems have increased but tollerable...hot flashes, night sweats, hair loss. The one thing that isn't tolerable are the constant yeast infections I have gotten since (5 documented w/obgyn and 2 self diagnosed and using otc meds). Is anyone else on tamoxifen having these SE's and what is being done? Knowing this isn't one of the higher side effects, I feel like my docs aren't taking me serious. I also have Mirena (IUD) in and thought that the two together may be the issue, but again the docs say no. Any help on this would be greatly appreciated...please and t...

I was prescribed 10 mg of Medroxyprogesterone to be taken daily beginning on day 16 of my cycle to stop me from coming on my period while on vacation. I just want to make sure this is going to work because the doctor I saw was new and didn't seem to sure about it.

I am 28 yrs old with tubal ligation since july 2016. My periods have come very light tecnically spottin on and off. I also had symptoms of pregnancy but U/A's were negative. So I went to my gynocoligist at the end of august and he did a pap smear and a finger check and told me i wasnt ovulating. He prescribed me provera. I still havent taken it cuz im nervous i have a ectopic pregnancy or am actually prego. My periods have always been normal and regular. I'm 22 years old with irregular periods my doctor has jst put on premarin I started it on Sunday and Monday I realised I took the wrong day I didn't know there was days at the back of the card and she wanted me to take 8 a day I stop it on Monday is it a serious problem that I took the wrong day?

At age 46 I had complete hysterectomy and was prescribed Estratest which I continued to take until age 63. Due to bad publicity for this medication, I informed my primary care dr. that I was not continuing to take it. He did not agree and told me he was making note of "my choice" in my medical history. Now, 10 years later, I am having severe dry eye problems and am allergic to Restasis. No optical meds for relief are available...over the counter eye meds give no relief. Could you tell me how long the side effects of premarin last I am only on 0.3mg and I have been experiencing bad stomach pains feeling bloated and feeling irritated I have only been taking them 2 weeks should I go and see my doctor to discuss this I changed to these from Estelle solo as they were causing me bad skin rashes any advice would be great ## Hello, Lisa! How are you? When taking a hormonal medication it can take about 3 months, or so, for the side effects to taper off and go away. As listed by the U.S. FDA, you may also experience nausea, dizziness, headache and PMS-like symptoms. Thus, it would be best to wait a bit to see if things change, but if they don't, or if they get worse, you should see your doctor. Is there anything else I can help with?

Hi I've been taking this medication now for nine months. Is it going to harm me if I quit taking it cold turkey? My husband just changed jobs and we are without insurance. This medication is very high priced, with out the insurance I can't afford it. I really haven't a choice. ## Hello, Sis! How are you? I used AF 150mg and now i feel weak and throat infection. Please inform me how long it will last and what's the medicine to cure this problem. ## I took 1 dose of 150mg Diflucan/Fluzonazole caused major abdominal and testicular pain for me. 3 weeks later, I am still dizzy and fatigued. It is a dangerous drug. I would avoid it if at all possible.

I m eight weeks pregnant my l.m.p is 8 feb 2013, in d sixth nd seventh week ultrasound shows a tiny sac but coud nt locate heart beat . My hcg levels on 6apr were 19010 nd progesterone 27.
