I've been searching for this off an on, since I first saw your post the other day, but I haven't had any luck finding a match for this tablet.
Based on that, it leads me to suspect that it's something that available over the counter.

Can you give me an idea of the approximate size? Would you say it's comparable to a Tylenol, or something else?

I was given a pill the same just has 122 on it and nothing else. NO IP or any other numbers. I was told it is IBUPROFEN. I really need it if it is, so I would like some help on this also. Its the size of a horse pill, a little smaller then the size of IBUPROFEN 800mg.

Ibuprofen 600 mg. Just Google pill, tablet or capsule information along with the description of it and Google will let you know what pill it is along with side effects etc...
