i studied dialy dose 600 IU to 800 IU per day,but in D rise sachets it contains 60000 IU , does it becomes toxic or any adverse effect may appear ## Hi, Narendra! For short term use, you can take this high of a dosage of Vitamin D. It is so important to our overall health that these types of doses are often given to people that are severely deficient in it. However, you couldn't keep taking this for a long period of time, because you would eventually build up too much of it in your body, which could also be dangerous. MY DAUGHTER HAS BEEN PRESCRIBED EVION TABLET FOR HER LEG PAIN CONTINOUSLY BLEEDING FOR A MONTH AFTER TAKING THIS TABLET SHE IS HAVING NAUSIA AND DIAHERIAI ## Evion is just a nutritional supplement that contains Vitamin E, thus it is unlikely to help much with her medical issues, anyway. The dosage may be too high for her and that could be why she got nausea and suffered diarrhea. How is she doing now?

previously i was taking candylong 4 mg daily one tab. then after doctor advice olmesor 20 daily one tab. bu found my creatine increased to 1.125 from 0.9. whether kidney will be affected by using olmesor 20. ## Actually, Olmesartan is used to help protect the kidneys and is often given to people that are prone to developing kidney damage and renal disease, such as diabetics. I found a light green round pill that reads APO 300 on one side and nothing on the other side, ## Based on my research, a small round light green pill with the imprint "APO 300" on one side and blank on the other, is an iron supplement (containing 300mgs of Ferrous Gluconate); which is often prescribed to people who have an iron deficiency. Both Calcium and D3 are vital to your overall health, but they can also be dangerous if you take too much, so you do have to be careful. There are also certain medical conditions that they may be contraindicated with and certain medications they can affect, so you should always check with your doctor, before taking them. If you don't need, because you aren't deficient then it may not be the right thing for you to take, because the D3 will basically potentate the calcium, which makes it quite easy for you to develop hypercalcemia.

Is Fa Cyanocob Pyridoxine the same as folgard? ## From what I could gather, the answer to your question is yes. I found these in a med-set that comes from my pharmacy. I add my vitamin to the each appropriate daily row. These looked different from the Vitamin C's that I use. It is 1/2' circumference and 1 3/8" thick standing on its side.. It has a slight roundness on the top and bottom which is like a little mound that starts in the in the middle top of the pill and tapers off to the edge of the pill. It is scored in half on one side . I believe with a 1 above the score line and a 6 under the score line or a 6 above scored line and a 1 under. .I am just divorced from an abusive husband and I would like to know what these are. Other common causes of fatigue and sleepiness throughout the day could also be determined by: -Water intake -Vitamin B12 levels -Caloric intake (including the "types" of foods you're eating) -Vitamin D levels (or not getting outside enough) -Seasonal depression -etc… Have you had all of your levels checked, or was it just for iron in particular?

I use to take kreaglo for few months. But now since they have stopped stopped manufacturing the old kreaglo and kreaglo eva is too expensive I'm looking for some alternative to it. Something which has same constituents and is affordable. ## This is just a nutritional supplement that contains a mix of nutrients that they claim will help with hair growth, but that isn't actually proven.
