From what I could gather, there actually are a couple different drug interactions listed between each of the medications you mentioned (aside from Viibryd). Apparently the Diphenhydramine found in Tylenol PM interacts with both Risperdal (risperidone) as well as Lamictal (lamotrigine); in which case some people experience bladder problems, cognitive impairment, a decreased heart rate, and more... Risperdal and Lamictal also list interactions that could lead to excessive drowsiness, seizures, an increased heart rate, and more... I found these while cleaning out med cabinet. They were in an Tylenol 3 bottle, but these surely aren't? Small, round, white; SP on one side, 141 on the other. Help? ## I'm sorry, but so far, I've been unable to find anything that matches this description. However, I'll keep looking and post back, when I have information for you. Ive been taking this medicine for two months now. No problems. But a day ago I got bit by a few mosquitos, turns out I now have west nile virus. I have horrible aches, headache, neasua and a fever. And I was just wondering if taking this med will lower my immune system? And if its safe to take with Tylenol? ## Hello, Brianna! How are you? How do you know you have West Nile? Have tests confirmed this? Why have you been on it for 2 months? And no, this is an antibiotic, so it should not lower your immune system, but it may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, non-allergic skin rash and diarrhea. It can be taken with Tylenol, but that depends on your overall health. What are you being treated for?

I found an old slightly beat up yellowish-green chalky pill in an old filing cabinet in an office. Its tough to read on one side, but one side says "McNeil", I've done a bunch of internet research, but am still unable to find out exactly what it is. It strongly resembles a Tylenol 3 with codeine. Did tylenol make a yellowish-green pill at any point? I would like to know if Tylenol 3 and Lortab are in the same family. ## Hello, James! How are you? They are both narcotics, but they don't contain the same active ingredients. Tylenol 3 contains Acetaminophen and Codeine, so it's a rather mild narcotic analgesic, but Lortab contains Acetaminophen and Hydrocodone, so it's much stronger. This is a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. Recently MRI suggested herniated disc with extra lumbar disc,verified peripheral neuropathy,3torn cartilage(was tdue to have total knee replacement) osteoporosis,(can fx ribs just rotating mattress)fx hip x3yrs ,CHF,GRAVES disease,(never knew could hurt so bad w bone pain til dx with hyperparathyroidsm.) White round pill about the size of a Tylenol. One side has 106 inside of a shield looking symbol. The other side has a line running through it, but it's blank. Was told they're from taiwan. ## Unfortunately, foreign medications aren't as strictly regulated as those in the U.S. and Canada, so it may be difficult to locate an identification for this. However, I'll keep looking and post back, when I have information for you. Does anyone else recognize this tablet?

I am not a drug user at all I hate hospitals..I was confronted by DNS they did a drug test and they said it was pos for method and possible crack I never seen the test..I have been sick for weeks that after noon I went to er they did there own drug testing I cam me back neg for all drugs the Dr said I have a sever ear infection and stones in my bladder and my I guess white count was above 15.000 I has only taken Tylenol ibriprofin tums vit b and over the counter cold meds that week

After a long career as a Firefighter and suffering through various injuries on the job I think I have tried a lot of different meds. A quick health history. Separated shoulder, broken ribs, surgery on both knees and back( L4-L5, S1). My narcotic history in order was Tylenol 3 and 4. Percocet, OxyContin up to 120mg a day, statex ,MS Contin, Dilauded, Butrans and finally now on Fentanyl 100 MCG every 48 hours I'm worried I have hit my narcotic wall and I'm worried that if any other more painful health issues come up I won't be able to get proper pain relief. Any experiences or medical opinion would be appreciated
