While the Tylenol 3 has 30mg of codeine and the other has 10 mg of condone wouldn't the Tylenol 3 be stronger ## I have been taking Tylenol 3 for eight years, going 2 to 3 times a day to washroom, eat loads of fruit and fibre. I have to take T3 at least once a day a sometimes not at all Depending on my bowel movements. I only go into severe pain after the movement ...not before...then I desperately need to have the codiene which stops the severity of this pain.I only wish I could take the codine for it anf not the amephetameline with it (excuse spelling) ## Hello, Scott! How are you? There is no medication called Condone, did you mean 10mgs of Hydrocodone with 325mgs of Acetaminophen? If so, then no, it only takes 4.5mgs of Hydrocodone to equal the 30mgs of Codeine in the Tylenol 3....

You are correct, this is manufactured by the Target Corporation and they list it as containing 500mgs of Acetaminophen and 25mgs of Diphenhydramine, it is their store brand of Tylenol PM, which is used to alleviate pain and help with sleep. This is a capsule it is red with a thin gray band in the middle and dark blue red end has an 8 on it dark blue end has an L on it im guessing its a tylenol but want to make sure thank you ## Hello, Laura! If Tylenol #3 has 30mg of codeine, why are the other meds with 10 mg stronger? ## There are so many generics available for these, now, plus the fact that Codeine is so mild compared to other pain treatment mediations, that there isn't really any name brand for most of them, anymore. They are generally prescribed as Acetaminophen with Codeine, with the appropriate dosages listed. I've been on Vicodin, Norco,and now Tylenol 3 for pain. I'm getting ready to have knee surgery and than back surgery. I'VE BEEN TAKING THESE PAIN PILLS SINCE MARCH 2014. My Dr. Switched my medication from hydrocodon-acetaminophn 10 - 325 to the 7.5 -325 starting this month Dec. 3rd. That's when I got them from the pharmacy,so I've been taking them for 10 days. For the last 3 days I've had a headache the worst one was yesterday OMG I thought my head was gonna explode,plus I had the chills(like 8 blankets ,heat on high ) I took my medication and finally somehow fell asleep. Woke up 6 hrs later and hooray my headache is gone but I still had awful back pain, so I take my medication again ,it's been 6 hrs since the last one, 1/2 hour later my headache is back and just as bad as it was earlier.Now it's Sat. Dangerous for non-adults. Parents, don't give this to your children! Some may get delusional, some have their thinking disrupted in other ways, some have even worse reactions. Not everyone is susceptible, just as different adults can react differently to the same medication. This is a drug abused by those who know it can make you feel high. Spend the money on plain tylenol instead of codeine; a better antihistamine; a separate decongestant. Don't cheap out because coactifed may be covered by insurance, but the individual medications may not be covered.

The pill is round yellow on one side with 350 on it, and the back side of the pill is plain white. ## Hi Jennifer, Based on your description, I came across an image of a small round pill (half yellow/half white) with the number 350 in black print on one side and blank on the other. However two different photographs (courtesy of CVS) depict the "350" potentially being on either-colored half and one side remaining blank, which is probably common in the manufacturing process I'd imagine. At any rate, this particular pill is reported to be a Tylenol Arthritis Pain Relief ER tab, containing Acetaminophen. I took (1) Tylenol #4 and (1) Alprazolam .05 six (6) hours before a urinalysis test for pre employment. Do you think it will show up? If it is something to be concerned about and it is questioned, the prescription was 2 1/2 years old and has expired. I'm 66 years & getting frantic that I won't get the job because of this. Help I broke my finger at work. But the day of my fracture I was unsure if it was broken so kept working but when i was off work the pain was bad so I took tremadol and Tylenol with coding for pain and help me get some zzz"s. Went to the company's doctor and my drug test came out positive for amphetamines and methamphetamines. So they fired me.

I have a friend who has run out of medication and is experiencing withdrawal. He will not have his prescribed medication for 4 or 5 days. I am looking for he remedies, etc. to help him get through his physical symptoms and discomfort he is experiencing. ## Hello Care Taker! How are you? There really isn't much that's going to help. When I went cold turkey off of narcotic pain management, I found that relaxing in a warm bath helped the symptoms more than anything else. If it's okay with his doctor for him to take it, Tylenol or Advil may help a little with the rebound pain and Benadryl or Bonine for the nausea. I have had a severe sinus infection and was taking tylenol severe sinus from walgreens for about 4 weeks and I took a blood drug test. Will I test positive for drugs? I didnt tell my doctor about the tylenol severe sinus medication I took for about a month cause I didnt think anything about it possibly showing up as anything until today when my college professor of chemical dependency class said something about some drugs showing a false positive. Why was this Tylenol product taken off the market? My husband & I both used this product and it really worked. I asked a Weis pharmacy employee and they couldn't tell me why it is no longer available. They suggested contacting the company. Is there something else available to replace this product in the Tylenol line? Thank you. ## As to Tylenol Severe Allergy, one of its ingredients was Pseudoephedrine and all medications that contain it are now only available at the pharmacy counter, where you have to ask for them, sign for them and show identification to make the purchase. My daughter is telling ppl that i sent her out to a stranger and he gave her little round blue pills, first she said she didn't know what they were then said they were perks. now i have her dad trying to gain custody. i used to take prescribed perks giving by Dr due to compressed disk in back. and both my kids know what perks look like. I have been on a methadone program for almost two years and I take 15 tylenol PM's every morning and every night. So 30 total I know that's a lot so please don't say that haha...SOOO I have never been dirty EVER..the other day I had a charge on my account and I asked what it was for and they said it was for a dirty urine!! I was pissed I asked the nurse what I came up dirty for and they said Benzos. Ummmm here's the issue I don't take them...so she is sending a urine out to have it done with a GC/MS machine. Idk what else to do. But my question is what is the reality of tylenol pm causing a false positive? I just need real answers ya know. Thanks y'all!!
