Ive been taking this medicine for two months now. No problems. But a day ago I got bit by a few mosquitos, turns out I now have west nile virus. I have horrible aches, headache, neasua and a fever. And I was just wondering if taking this med will lower my immune system? And if its safe to take with Tylenol?

How do you know you have West Nile? Have tests confirmed this?
Why have you been on it for 2 months? And no, this is an antibiotic, so it should not lower your immune system, but it may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, non-allergic skin rash and diarrhea.
It can be taken with Tylenol, but that depends on your overall health. What are you being treated for?
