Help help help. The most sleep i get at night is an hour here or maybe two there. I take ambien but they only seem to help the first couple of days after i have them filled. I am so tired. Does anyone have any ideas or suggestions? I'm getting desperate. ## What other things have you tried? Have you discussed it with your doctor, because there are other medications that can be used. You may also want to try staying away from any type of stimulants, in the evening, such as nicotine and caffeine. ## I'm the same way, I even did Ambien and it didnt work for me, try Lunesta i heard that will help a lot. If not then you may need something stronger like restoril, or halcion. I hope this helps.. ## Hopefully the Lunesta, Restoril or Halcion I told him to try will help him.

other nanes for zipaclone ## Zopiclone has the brand name "Imovane" in Canada, and "Zimovane" in the UK. In the United States, zopiclone is not commercially available, although its active stereoisomer, eszopiclone, is sold under the name "Lunesta". There may be other brands names in other countries that I am not aware of, but hopefully this helps!

Have to test at 4 today june 1, last took it fri night ## I see that this is an older post, but I will provide the necessary information, just for future users. Temazepam is a Benzodiazepine and these can actually be problematic, when it comes to urine tests, because they can be detectable for as long as 6 weeks, after taking them. There is no hard and fast rule, though, because the time frame can vary from person to person. There are always individuating factors that come into play, such as your own metabolism, overall health, activity levels and etc. Are there any questions or comments?

I have problems sleeping - I am in my 70s and have always had problems sleeping. I am currently taking Zopoclone, is there truth about Astronauts Amazing New Sleeping Pill? or is there something better that would help me sleep. I have these round white tablets with L1 printed on just one side. I think they are melatonin purchased at Walmart possibly the Sun Valley brand. I also have purchased rantidine tablets( the store brand). I don't want to take the wrong pill and I don't want to waste them. Is there a difference in prescription Zolpidem and the non prescription available online. Also how do you identify a reputable pharmacy? ## If you are in the U.S. or Canada, then all of it requires a prescription. Yes, there are places that sell it online, without your needing one, but this is not legal and, since the medications usually come from foreign countries, there is no way to say with any certainty what you might actually receive for your money. There have been people who legitimately received what they ordered, but there are also many that have been scammed out of their money. Thus, a reputable pharmacy would require a doctor's prescription. Are there any other questions?

I need to order to assist w/ insomnia, have been told Remtyme tablets have no after effect. Unlike other sleeping medications. ## this site does not manufacture, prescribe, nor sell any products or any type, this is an information only website. I was ordered to start random UA's for alcohol by Social Services. Actually it is voluntary. My agreement is to not use alcohol. I ua'd today. Last night I took a 1 blue generic valuim and an ambien . Supposed 10Mg each. Will they even look for that ? or just the alcohol. And will I get in trouble if they do see it? ## Unfortunately, there is no way of knowing the answers to those questions. What is detected depends on what type of test they are doing. If they are only doing one that checks for alcohol, then you should be fine. However, if they do a broader test that checks for other substances, as well, then the Diazepam in the Valium, which is a Benzodiazepine would probably also be detected.
