What happens when u take teva 74 with alcohol? What are the side affects?

The tablet with this marking contains 10mgs of Zolpidem, the active ingredient in Ambien, which is used for the short term treatment of insomnia.

It should not be combined with alcohol, because both can cause central nervous system depression and using both can enhance this side effect, which could put you in danger of respiratory or cardiac arrest.

In addition, they can both cause psychomotor impairment.
