Ramipril+artorvastatin+amlodipine+metformin

I had a panic attack in my sleep due to anxiety which sent my BP rocketing g and the fastest palpitations I have ever felt. I thought I was about to have a heart attack so called an ambulance, I was taken to A&E as I was getting numbness in my left arm. My ECG and bloods were normal but my BP was 184/111 it took hours before it went down. So a few days later I was at my doctors who said I now have to take Ramipril with 5mg Amlodipine, he didn't say when I should take them, plus he has changed my Simvastatin to Artorvastatin plus I take Metformin twice a day for type 2. Diabetes. I take Ramipril in the morning and Amlodipine at night and having a terrible time, numbness in my left lower arm and hand, dizzy pressure in my head, nausea, major palpitations and panic attack dreams at night that make me dream that I am gonna die cos I didn't take my tablet. I am in a real state and scared to sleep cos of the dreams. Should I be taking these Ramipril and Amlodipine together in the morning? If so will it be safe to take my Amlodipine in the morning with my other tablets plus the Ramipril if I took it 12 hours earlier the night before prvwill that be overdosing?

your bp is probably raised due to your anxiety. anxiety does this, take something for anxiety and when your area calm check bp readings should be better.
