I AM TRYING TO DETOX MYSELF FROM CLONAZAPAM AT HOME TRIED IT BEFORE AND AT THE END OF THE 4TH DAY HAD A MAJOR CEASER AT WORK AND I WAS HOSPITALIUZED AND EVEN SICKER THAN BEFORE. I CAN TAKE THE PAIN BUT SCARED OF THE CEASERS CAUSE YOU DONT KNOW WHEN IT IS GOING TO HAPPEN IT JUST HAPPENS PLEASE HELP ME

you cannot detox urself of off these types of pills. you have to either lower your dosage everyweek..but ull still feel withdrawls. my advice is to go into a detox for 2 weeks and or seek help from a general physition

I too am trying to withdraw from 80mg diazepam per day and got to 40 but am in agony. My Dr. prescribed them for 8 years and when I moved my Rx stopped. Please help.

Hi, I took 2mg/day for around 6 years. I quit "cold turkey" at 1 mg/day. I was in a detox center. They told me a week or so before withdrawal went away, lol. I knew it took 2 weeks to go through Xanax withdrawal, so Klonopin should be longer. I was sent to a rehab while dealing with this. It took me about 7 weeks before finally feeling great again (I was told by the nursing staff that I should've had a heart attack, and they are were right!). Now, after taking again for around the same time. I had Chronic Lyme Disease, and was required to stop taking it, because of "policy decisions". This time after 7 months with none, I was convinced that I lost my mind! I googled Chronic Lyme Disease and Mental health. Anxiety, panic attacks, depression can get much, much worse! That's it. I'm taking Klonopin again, along with 2 mg Xanax (1mg-mornig/1mg evening). Be very careful with any benzos!!! Many blessings are coming your way!
